CHILTON, Wis. -
A woman accused of seeking revenge on a cheating lover by luring him to a motel, tying him to a bed and gluing his penis to his stomach is to enter a plea in court today.
Therese Ziemann is charged with being party to felony false imprisonment and misdemeanor fourth-degree sexual assault in the July 30 incident.
Three other woman, including the man’s wife, is also accused in the incident. So far, only Michelle Belliveau has pleaded not guilty to one count of being party to felony false imprisonment. Her two-day trial begins Jan. 27.
At an earlier hearing, the 37-year-old man testified that he was lured to the motel by Ziemann, who was going to act out a bondage fantasy. He said he and Ziemann had talked about bondage, and he had agreed to pay for some “nice fabric” she would buy to tie him.
After being tied to the bed, he said he was startled by a knock at the door, and worried it might be Ziemann’s husband. He realized the “fun had stopped” after his wife and the other women entered the room.
“The rest came in and the hurting trip began,” said the man. “It got chaotic real quick, real fast. … I was asking everybody in the room to cut me loose.”
The man said he was punched in the face twice, then Ziemann super-glued his penis to his stomach while at least two of the other women watched.
“I was telling them, you can’t let her do it. This is assault,” the man testified.
The man testified that his wife was the first to leave, and that the others left “in a panic” when he began to struggle free of his bonds. It took him another 2-3 minutes to get free and run naked outside and seek help, he said.
The Associated Press is not naming the man because he is the alleged victim of sexual abuse.
